Air Cargo Trader LLC, or ACT, is the brainchild of cargo and logistics veterans who were actively involved in the development of Dubai into the world class logistics and distribution center that it is today.
In March 2004, ACT launched its Cargo GSSA and Air Cargo Charter brokerage services from Dubai, determined to provide a cost-effective way for airlines and forwarders to expand their businesses.
ACT has offices in the UAE & India and has appointed Associates in most other regions.
Our team consists of 12 experienced professionals who are well-versed in all aspects of the logistics and air cargo business. Their expertise ensures smooth operations and responsive customer service. In addition to our in-house team, we maintain a strong network of trusted subcontractors and agents, allowing us to deliver flexible, reliable solutions across a wide range of markets.
Capt. Osman Farah is a Master Mariner of ocean-going vessels. He began his career in logistics 40 years ago as a ship captain and now serves as the Chairman & CEO of Air Cargo Trader (ACT).
Irfan Tungekar has over 40 years of experience in the airline industry with extensive expertise in both passenger and cargo. He brings experience from major carriers such as Qatar Airways and Korean Air to ACT, where he is the Global Head of Operations and Commercial.
Charmine Tellis is well known in the UAE market for her immense knowledge and 18 years of experience managing GSA airlines and providing high-quality services to customers. Formerly working in cargo sales at Cathay Pacific, she is now the Head of Sales and Customer Care at ACT.
Luke McKenzie brings a strong background in strategy and finance, with experience driving growth across the logistics and aviation sectors. He has led key initiatives to expand ACT’s presence and build strategic partnerships. He currently serves as the Head of Business Development and Marketing at ACT.
